Politique de remboursement
-All sales are final. I do not accept returns on any items in my shop. If there is an issue, please contact me.
-I will not exchange any garment due to the buyer changing their mind, choosing the incorrect size, not measuring properly or failing to read the item's description and details. Please email me before purchasing if you are unsure about your size or a garment's fit.
-If there is an issue with your purchase, not mentioned above, please contact me within 4 days of receiving your item(s) and we will discuss the issue and proceed from there. If an exchange is agreed upon, the garment(s) must be free of pet hair, perfumes, cigarette smoke, deodorant marks, signs of wear, stains, tears or alterations. All tags and labels must be attached. If not, the item will be returned and no exchange will be given. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
-If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of payment or it will not be accepted.
-If materials have already been ordered to make your garment(s), the cost of those materials will be deducted from your refund.
-I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom garments. These are garments that have been customized by the request of the buyer. All sales are final.
