This snake print mini skirt mixes 80s punk with early 2000s scene style, featuring a hot pink and black print, black fishnet ruffle flounce, and matching black picot elastic waist. The stretchy knit holds its shape while the mesh flounce adds movement at the hem. Made from scratch in my studio.
