This My Chemical Romance upcycled mini skirt is cut from a band tee, featuring a red picot elastic waist, red cotton-spandex flounce with black merrow edging, and metal D-ring detail with grommet tabs. The double-needle stitching keeps the seams clean while the hardware adds a punk finish. Made from scratch in my studio.
