This tiered mini skirt mixes 80s and early Y2K style, featuring a bubblegum pink waffle-knit thermal, black picot elastic waist, tiny pink bow at the center front, and merrow-edged tiers. The stretchy knit holds its shape while the tiered hem adds volume. Made from scratch in my studio.
