This Y2K-style heart print mini skirt is cut from vintage late-'90s spandex, featuring multicolored hearts, a red merrow-edged flounce, and matching red picot elastic waist. The stretchy knit holds its shape while the flared hem adds movement. Made from scratch in my studio.
